Attention Breeders!
We are excited to announce our Annual Breeders Health Clinic on November 12th where breeders can bring their dogs for health testing that we can't always provide. We bring in two specialists to help us with this: Dr. Adam King who does the OFA Eye Exams; and Dr. Heidi Kellihan who does the Echocardiograms and OFA Heart Exams.
Here is our full list of testing we offer at our Breeders' Health Clinic:
- OFA Eye Exam $75 (Dr. Adam King DVM, MS, DACVO)
- OFA Heart Exam - Auscultation Only $75 (Heidi Kellian DVM, DACVIM)
- Echocardiogram $280 (Heidi Kellian DVM, DACVIM)
- OFA Hips $275 (no preliminary radiographs will be taken. dog must be 2 years of age)
- OFA Hips and Elbows $425 (no preliminary radiographs will be taken. dog must be 2 years of age)
- OFA Patella $45
- OFA Thyroid $165
- Semen Collection & Freezing - cost varies, the base fee for 1st time freeze is around $900
- Heartworm and Tickborne Diseases $65
- Tests for Heartworm, Lyme, Ehrlichia, and Anaplasmosis
- Paw Print Genetics DNA testing
- All tests must be ordered and paid for online prior to this event. Please bring the paperwork from your order.

Breeder's Seminar 10am - 2pm
Do you ever leave the clinic and realize you forgot to ask the doctor a question? During the Health Clinic, Dr. Greer will be hosting an open discussion where you can ask any questions you'd like. We had great success with this open format last year and we would like to make it a regular event at the Health Clinic. Let us know what topics you would like to discuss!
