OFA Eye Exam - $75  (Performed by Dr. Adam King)  OFA fee not included
OFA Heart Exam - $75  (Performed by Dr. Heidi Kellihan)  OFA fee not included
OFA Echocardiogram - $280  (Performed by Dr. Heidi Kellihan)  OFA fee not included
OFA Thyroid to MSU - $165
OFA Patella - $45  OFA fee not included
OFA Hips - $275
OFA Hips and Elbows - $425
-- No preliminary radiographs will be taken. Pet must be 2 years of age by the day of the health clinic.
-- No sedation will be used on the day of the health clinic.

Semen Collection and Freezing - cost varies depending upon services required  (base fee for first freeze is around $1000)

Heartworm & Tick Transmitted Diseases - $65  (tests for Heartworm, Lyme, Ehrlichia, and Anaplasmosis)
