Face Masks Still Required at Veterinary Village

For the continued safety of our team and our clients, masks will be required for any person who enters Veterinary Village.

We will continue allowing one person to enter the building for each appointment with the understanding that a mask is now required to be worn at all times. An exception will be made in the case of a Euthanasia, in which case we will allow more than one person inside, again with the understanding that a mask will be required to be worn by all who enter the building. If you would like to remain in your car, do not want to wear a mask, or a child will be with you, please call us at 920-269-4072 prior to arriving, so we can prepare for drive-through garage service. We would then communicate with you by phone, convey information about your pet, and take payment by credit card for the visit.

During this time there may be periods of increased wait times. We apologize in advance if this happens at your appointment. Please be patient with our team as we continue to learn and grow through these constant changes and trying times. If there is a wait time for your appointment you may be asked to wait in your car as we are not allowing anyone to wait in our lobby. We will walk out to your car and ask you to come in when your exam room is ready.
