Lead Client Services Representative/Receptionist Position Available:
Veterinary Village and ICSB-Wisconsin seek an energetic, experienced Lead Client Services Representative to join our team of talented, dedicated professionals in a state-of-the-art facility in Southeastern Wisconsin. This position will both direct all front office and client-facing functions for our Practice and provide hands-on coverage and assistance. The Lead Client Services Representative’s primary responsibility is to ensure that our clients and patients feel welcomed and comfortable by serving them from the first telephone contact, through their arrival and treatment at the Practice, and departure with either another visit scheduled or treatment plan in place.
Veterinary Village, a small animal care practice, provides general practice treatment and specialty services in canine reproduction, veterinary spinal manipulation therapy, acupuncture, class IV laser treatment, aging pet care, advanced dental care, and minimally invasive surgery. Veterinary Village is a busy Practice and qualified candidates must enjoy a fast paced position which requires being confident, adaptable, the ability to assess situations and use good judgment in resolving issues to keep the workflow smooth as well as efficient. Reporting directly to the Staffing Manager, this position offers an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal skills. The Lead Client Services Representative will assist in recruiting, training, scheduling and supervising front office staff. This position will also help in developing client policies/procedures and service scripts. The Lead Client Services Representative must have the ability to multi-task, keep the appointment book full, rescheduled appointments to a minimum, and patient flow correctly routed including communications within the Practice.
This position will ensure that Veterinary Village is living up to its promise of delivering outstanding client services and a positive experience to both animal owners and referring veterinarians. He/she will collect and analyze client satisfaction data on an ongoing basis, and will also address/resolve any specific client issues that might arise on a day-to-day basis.

Veterinary Front Desk specific experience is strongly preferred.
